What we do
with your
information.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, website, market, the competitors you mention, the area you select and your message.

We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send confidential material through the form.

If you request a Snapshot, we process and store the website address you submit, the optional primary market, public information fetched from that website, public search-result information about the brand, and the assessment and results we generate from them.

If you unlock your full Snapshot report, we store the identity and email address provided by the sign-in provider you choose, together with the name of that provider, so we can give you access to your report and contact you about your results.

Sign-in is handled by the identity provider you select (Google or Microsoft). Transform& never receives or stores your password for that account.

Snapshot results are private to you and to the Transform& people handling enquiries. Snapshot records are kept on the same basis as enquiries.

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to prepare for a first conversation about your market.

We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.

The people at Transform& handling your enquiry, and the email and hosting providers we use to receive and store it on our behalf.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
